Embark on the journey of a lifetime through the heart of East Africa, where vast savannahs, majestic wildlife, and ancient cultures await. Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara – Into the Wild
Distance: 280 km (approx.)
Travel time: 5.5 to 6 hours by road
Route: Nairobi – Narok – Masai Mara
Your kenya safari adventure will begin with a brief introduction and welcome in
Nairobi early in the morning . After breakfast at your hotel you will be greeted by our
friendly safari guide who will be your go-to person for the next few days. From here,
you set off in a 4x4 safari vehicle towards one of Africa’s most visited game parks in
the world – Masai Mara.
The journey will take you through the Great Rift Valley, where you’ll stop at a
viewpoint to take in the views of escarpments, volcanic mountains, You will make a
short stop in Narok town for refreshments and then continue on to the Masai Mara
National Reserve.
You will arrive at your tented camp or lodge in time for lunch then followed by a short
rest. In the afternoon begin your first game drive in the Mara.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara – The Big Five Paradise
The day starts after breakfast early in the set out on a full-day game drive with a
packed picnic lunch.
You will spend the day traversing the expansive savannahs in search of the Big Five
– lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo. Between July and October you can
witness the Great Wildebeest Migration in which millions of wildebeests and zebras
cross from Serengeti into the Mara with crocodiles in the Mara River.
A visit to the Mara River offers a chance to watch hippos and crocodiles.
Return to camp for the Dinner and overnight stay.
Overnight: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Day 3: Masai Mara to Serengeti – Crossing Borders into Tanzania
Distance: 350 km (approx.)
Travel time: 8–9 hours (includes border crossing and game drive en route)
Route: Masai Mara – Isebania border – Serengeti
Take breakfast in the morning before checking out and start your journey toward
Tanzania. You will drive through remote countryside and rural villages, reaching the
Isebania border by late morning. Here, your guide will help with immigration
formalities as you exit Kenya and enter Tanzania.
Begin your first game drive in the Serengeti National Park as you head toward your
camp and lodge. The Serengeti is very large with roughly the size of Northern Ireland
and has great wildlife composition. The landscapes vary from open plains to acacia
woodlands.
By evening you reach your lodge or camp for Dinner and overnight stay

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti – Heart of the Migration
Today is all about soaking in the magic of the Serengeti National Park . You will start
with a sunrise game drive, an ideal time to catch predators in action before the heat
of the day sets in.
Return to camp for breakfast or opt for a packed breakfast in the bush. Spend the
rest of the day exploring different regions of the park depending on the season. The
central Serengeti is excellent for year-round wildlife sightings, while the north is the
centre of migration between July and October.
Don’t forget your camera to capture this in Africa at its rawest.

Leave Serengeti after breakfast and drive southeast toward the world-famous
Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s best game-
viewing safari destinations.
You will enter the Ngorongoro Conservation Area by around midday, with a chance
to stop at a Maasai boma (village) en route for cultural safaris. Upon arrival at the
crater rim, the view is jaw-dropping – the collapsed volcano spreads out beneath you
like a natural amphitheater.
Settle into your lodge and relax with some of the best sunset views.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Tour – Return to Nairobi
Crater tour time: 5–6 hours game drive
Wake up early and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day
game drive in this incredible wildlife haven. The crater floor supports a large number
of animals year-round due to the availability of water and grass.
You may spot black rhinos, lions, hippos, flamingos, and – if lucky – a rare caracal or
serval cat. The game drive includes a stop at Lake Magadi, a shallow soda lake
where flamingos gather.
After lunch depending on your travel plans, you can either:
Option 1: Drive to Arusha Airport (3 hours), then catch a flight to Nairobi.
Option 2: Travel overland back to Nairobi via Namanga border (long day: approx.
10–12 hours).
